Wtfixair Terms of Service

By using Wtfixair services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of services or additional fees, as applicable.

Copyright and Content Ownership

All content provided by Wtfixair is protected under copyright law. This includes:

  • All content on our website
  • Information shared via email or telephone
  • Materials provided by our technicians

Unauthorized use of any copyrighted content may lead to legal consequences.

Payments and Refunds

  • All service fees are inclusive of GST.
  • Payment is processed at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This payment will be reflected on your bank statement.
  • Payments are processed in advance through secure, PCI-compliant methods.
  • A tax invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email once payment is received.
  • For installations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments may incur additional fees.
  • Refunds are managed according to our Refund Policy. We strive to maintain customer satisfaction and have designed our refund policy to be both fair and customer-friendly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled after it has been confirmed, a fee of $101 will be charged.
  • Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if an adult is not available at the time of the technician’s visit, a fee of $45 will apply.

Wtfixair reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion, including refusing future service.

Appointment and Booking Guidelines

  • Buyers must be at least 18 years old. If the buyer is under the age of 18, an adult must accompany him or her to the service.
  • The purchaser or their designated agent must be present at the property for the duration of the technician’s visit.
  • If no adult is present at the time of the technician’s arrival, the appointment will need to be rescheduled in line with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
  • The designated agent is responsible for making final decisions on behalf of the purchaser. Any approvals or disapprovals made by the agent are binding and cannot be contested later.

Safety Requirements

To ensure a smooth and safe service:

  • The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in a safe, operable condition prior to the technician’s arrival.
  • If the equipment or property is deemed unsafe by our technician, the service may be canceled or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.
  • In case of unsuitable weather conditions that pose safety risks to our technicians, the appointment will be rescheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Please note that Wtfixair is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs on the property during the service.

General Conditions

  • Our services are provided on an “as available” basis, and usage is at the purchaser’s sole risk.
  • Abuse in any form (physical, verbal, or written) directed at Wtfixair employees, technicians, or officers will result in immediate termination of your account. Further services will be at the sole discretion of the company.
  • We offer warranties and guarantees on selected goods and services. Please inquire about this at the time of booking, as no warranty or guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that Wtfixair is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. This covers, but is not limited to::
    • Inability to use the service
    • Costs associated with obtaining replacement services
    • Statements or conduct from third parties
    • Other matters related to the service

Dispute Resolution

If you encounter any issues with the quality of our service, please raise them directly with the technician on-site. Disputes raised after the service may require additional investigation, which could cause delays in resolution.

Please notify us of any service-related disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
