We at Wtfixair thrive to work on the principle of “customer is king”. Our refund policy has been made keeping in mind the same. Cases in which a complete refund would be initiated by Wtfixair
–
A purchaser is liable for complete refund of his payment in the below two situations –
- In case you change your mind and an appointment is yet to be confirmed, you can get in touch with us & ask for a refund.
- Our technician did not reach at the premises at the time of appointment. In this event, the customer is liable for a refund excluding the case of unsuitable weather conditions that poses a OH&S risk for our technician, a prior notification will be provided to the customer in this case.
- if you still wish to carry on, we will readily offer you are a partial refund for bearing with us.
Cases in which a partial refund would be initiated by Wtfixair –
If our technician visited your premises and concluded that the unit was unserviceable or broke, we will provide you with a quotation for a solution. If you agree with the quotation and want to proceed, we are more than happy. Otherwise, a partial refund will be provided for the same.
